Before I left the states I remember thinking I’m going to miss bridges and rivers. However, BO has several rivers and a while back I was able to ride across a former train track bridge turned into a bridge suitable for autos. I glad to see a bridge, but quickly disappointed when I looked down and saw what was supposed to be Rio Grande a.k.a. Guapay. I was told that it roars with water during the rainy season. I’ll believe it when I see it.
After riding across the bridge I was fondly reminded of Knoxville’s bridge and its white and orange lights during football season. For those of you still in ktown, please, for me, go down to the riverside and sit for a little while and enjoy the view: the river, the bridge, and of course, the lights (grin)!
