I found a job!!!

It's true! I've found a full time position with an organization called Friends of Youth. My first day was yesterday and so far it's been training and orientation. I'm so glad to be working with the people I work with and for the organization. I won't discuss much of my work with Friends of Youth in detail mainly because of privacy issues, but if you want to know what the place is all about you're welcome to visit the website at www.friendsofyouth.org

I've been very absent minded about writing entries and I have no excuse except that I've been ignoring my duties as a good friend to those of you that actually read my blogs and care about the ongoings of my life! I just want you to know that I do care about this blog and want to keep ya'll as up-to-date on my life as possible. Thanks so much for reading my blog.

I still don't have a camera to post any pictures, however, I borrowed a camera this past weekend during my trip back home to TN for my grandfather's 90th birthday party. Here's a couple of photos of the party

 

My gramps was a great, he stayed at the party the ENTIRE time (six hours)! He also danced a few times with some of the guests and not once did he nod off to sleep! haha! Anyway, I'm glad he had a good time and that all of my family and close friends were able to enjoy the party with him, too.
