Yesterday I was on the internet and received a facebook message from someone asking me if I'd be attending a wedding of a good friend of ours. I was super shocked from the message because #1 I had no idea my friend was engaged, #2 I couldn't believe I hadn't heard about the engagement earlier, and #3 did i really just find out about a friend, since freshmen year in highschool, of mine's wedding on FACEBOOK!!!
After some investigating and frantic emails to a another close friend, it was confirmed. P.J McElyea and Whitney Botorf are getting married September 13th! Unfortunately, I won't make it to the wedding. This saddens me b/c, like i said before, P.J. and I have been friends for a really long time. I've known Whitney since her and P.J. became a couple, so not seeing them get married is a big bummer. If the happy couple are reading this entry, I want to wish you two a WONDERFUL WEDDING. (I'll be calling you two up before the wedding, but this is just in case i don't reach you two by phone)
Other news, I've changed my shcedule around so I can start my close of service documents and reports for PC. I have a few projects at the orphanage I'm finishing up and one of them is a highly tedious, super boring, but useful master schedule of all the kids of the orphanage and their activities. There are 70, yes 70 kids' schedules that i have to enter into the computer. UGH!!!! I tried to get out of it, but there's no budging, my boss wants it done before I leave, so my last month at the orphanage will be a lot of time with the computer instead of the kids. It sucks, but I've got activities planned with the kids so I won't be spending all of my last full month on the computer.
Anyhoo, gotta get back to those awesome schedules!!!
