We're at Parque Guembe just outside of Sta. Cruz and it was fantastic! For about $7 you can enter this park that reminds of something like the Discovery Center in M'boro, but with swimming pools, kayaking, fishing, and more fun, hands-on activities.

Here's a super tasty street food stand in Plaza "La Coud" i think it was called, can't remember exactly, located in Sta. Cruz city. This sandwhich is about $2 and is a spin off of a Reuben sandwhich. It's stacked with cheese, beef, ham, some kind of homemade suaerkraut and a tasty sauce combo of mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper. All on a toasted bun the size of your face!

We're at Las Cuevas located in Samaipata about two hours outside of Sta. Cruz city. We visited with a volunteer that lives there and hung out for a couple of days. It was super fun and we were blessed with great weather that entire day.

Lastly is Ryan cheezing with the Captain of the local fireman in the main plaza in Sta. Cruz. Luckily for Ryan, the Captain lived in the states for about 11 years so they got chat up their duties of being firemen. The firemen that day were cleaning the huge Catholic church located on the plaza that day. Did you know these types of activities are included in a firemen's job? I had no idea, but it's true! Ryan told me he's had to do similiar jobs in and around Smyrna! -ha!
