I made my first ever pie!!! I was very surprised that it came out as tasty as it did. I made the crust from scratch and all. It wasn't too difficult, but i've been searching the Food Network for better crust recipes. I decided my first pie would be an apple pie, since it's one of my faves and b/c i had left over apples sitting around in my kitchen (ha!) Isn't it a beauty?! My next project will be a chocolate cake, mmm... i hope it turns out just as tasty.
So, i just read the comment about this post. i meant to say "I made my first pie ever!!!" Oops!
