I've been away for weeks from my blog. I'm terrible, I know. I went to my first baseball game not too long ago. It was Mariners vs. Giants. I already knew going to this game, that I should go to it thinking of it as a sporting event and not just a baseball game. So, before the game we all went to a random bar down the block from the stadium and drank a few beers. I thought, "everyone must be preparing themselves for the most boring sport ever!" (no offense to those of you that actually like baseball) After some beer and nice fuzzy buzz we marched over to the stadium and although nose bleed seats don't allow you an up close and personal experience with the players, it sure did allow a beautiful view of Seattle. I had a good time and after a few more games, I'll start to enjoy sporting events more and more.
