Did I mention that in Bolivia they serve rice and some form of potato with every meal? Notice my rice mound and french fries. ha!
I'm living a little thing called LIFE. These are the sometimes incredibly exciting details of special moments of my life, but for the most part they're just plain, non-exciting, entries to let you know how I'm doing. ¡Gracias y Provecho!

A little fish
So here I am with the other two volunteers from USA that are working at Villa Amistad. Kallen (blonde) & Audrey (red-head) know the co-founder of the orphanage and he suggested they come to Bolivia to volunteer for a bit. So they did! They both do sorta the same work I do and on the weekends we sometimes get to hang out outside of the orphanage. Two weekends ago we went to Lago Angostura located just outside of Cochabamba and ate some fish from the lake. It wasn't bad, not the best fish I've ever eaten, but still fun to sit at a bright orange and yellow checkered tablecothed covered table! ha! We ate at restaurante Eden. Audrey had the trucha a la plancha (grilled trout) and I had chicharron de surubi
(fried catfish nuggets).

Did I mention that in Bolivia they serve rice and some form of potato with every meal? Notice my rice mound and french fries. ha!
